Can I return an item?
Items purchased on chorusworld.com are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 7 days of the item's delivery date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders.
Please note the following exceptions:
– Items purchased during sale periods are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
– Returns and exchanges are not applicable for shoes and accessories.
– Edition orders are made to measure and are final sale — they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed.
Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of chorusworld.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include 1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser or 2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, and/or box replacement.
What is the return process?
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@chorusworld.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving your package. Returns requested beyond this window will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, our team will share a confirmation email along with a return shipping label.
Kindly pack the item in its original packaging, with all original tags attached. A pick-up will be arranged at your convenience.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition. Returns sent without original packaging or outside the 7-day return window will not be accepted and will be sent back.
Please note:
– Items marked as SALE are final and not eligible for return.
– Our team will remain in touch until the return process is complete.
The item I received is damaged. What do I do?
All Chorus products undergo rigorous quality checks through our certified quality assurance teams. In the rare event that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect; we will offer a replacement or refund — provided the return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return for a faulty item, please email us at returns@chorusworld.com with the subject line: Request for Return – [Your Order Number]. Kindly include a brief description of the issue along with clear images of the defect. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will replace it (subject to availability) or issue a full refund once the item is returned.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in cases where the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are refused by the recipient or for orders where our shipping partners have made three unsuccessful delivery attempts. To avoid such issues, we kindly request that you double-check all shipping details before placing your order.
We make every effort to ensure that the colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen settings and device displays, the colours you see may differ slightly from the actual product. As such, we cannot guarantee a perfect colour match between what is viewed online and what is received.
Please note that general wear and tear from regular use is not considered a manufacturing defect. Returns for faulty items will only be accepted if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
What if an item I purchased is out of stock?
If an item you’ve purchased is no longer available, we will notify you by email at the earliest and offer either a suitable replacement or a full refund.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not currently offer an exchange service. If you would like an item in a different size or colour, you will need to return the original item following the standard return process and place a new order on our website for the desired item. Please note that returns and exchanges are not applicable for shoes and accessories.
During sale periods — including 24-hour access events — we do not offer credit notes, exchanges, or returns, in accordance with our policy.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders placed chorusworld.com may be cancelled within 24 hours, provided the item has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us at customercare@moonray.in with your order number mentioned in the subject line.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted. However, you may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to our return policy.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Gift cards
- Orders placed using store credit
- Altered products based on customer-provided specifications or measurements
- Items purchased during any sale or promotional event
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
What is the gift card policy?
– Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
– To redeem, enter the unique Gift Card code during checkout. Partial redemption is allowed.
– Gift Cards can be used on all products available on chorusworld.com
– They cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash, nor can they be used to purchase another Gift Card.
– If your order exceeds the Gift Card value, the balance must be paid at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available in such cases.
– Items purchased using a Gift Card are not eligible for return.
– Chorus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Cards. We assume the person redeeming the card is the intended recipient.
– We reserve the right to cancel or decline a Gift Card if fraud or misuse is suspected.
– Gift Cards are digital only — no shipping fees apply. Standard shipping terms apply to any purchases made with the card.
– All Gift Cards are governed by the laws of India, with any disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
