Most orders are shipped within 14 days of purchase, subject to availability and payment verification. Once dispatched, delivery within India takes 5–7 business days. International shipping typically takes 10–15 business days.

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide. Customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Chorus is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the shipping method.

All prices are inclusive of GST. For domestic orders within India, no customs duties apply. International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis — any applicable duties or taxes will be billed directly to you by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
