Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details. You’ll also be notified as soon as your order is delivered. If you need further assistance, please reach out to us at customercare@chorusworld.com.

The item I want is sold out. Is it coming back?

Due to the way our fabrics are sourced and our collections are produced, many of our pieces are available only in limited quantities and may sell out quickly. Most items are part of limited edition releases and will not be restocked once sold out.

What does it mean if an item is available for pre-order?

Many of our pieces sell out quickly, and preordering allows us to reserve your item in advance. Your order will be shipped by the date indicated in the product description. Please note that all preorders are charged in full at the time of purchase — this ensures your item is allocated to you. While we make every effort to ship by the stated date, in some cases, delivery timelines may be subject to change.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled through the website. However, if you’ve selected the wrong style, size, or colour, please reach out to us at hello@chorusworld.com. Our Customer Service team will do their best to assist you, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

We do not currently offer an exchange service. If you would like an item in a different size or colour, you will need to return the original item following the standard return process and place a new order on our website for the desired item. Please note that returns and exchanges are not applicable for shoes and accessories. During sale periods — including 24-hour access events — we do not offer credit notes, exchanges, or returns, in accordance with our policy.

How can I return my order?

Items purchased on chorus.com are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 7 days of the item's delivery date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.

At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders.

Do you have any offline store locations?

We have retail stores in Mumbai and New Delhi.

How can I guarantee that the product I purchased is authentic?

Authentic Chorus products are available exclusively on our official website (www.chorusworld.com) and through authorized stockists. We do not sell merchandise through individuals, flea markets, unauthorized retailers, or auction platforms. Purchases made outside our official channels may not be guaranteed as authentic.

All Chorus wellness products are formulated without parabens, sulphates, phthalates, BHA, BHT, mineral oils, formaldehydes, and formaldehyde-releasing agents, and are vegan and cruelty-free.
